FLASH MOB! Brighton Feminists Rise Against the Cuts

Join Brighton and Hove Women Against the Cuts and Feminist Brighton on 10th March at a flash mob style poetry performance stunt outside Jubilee Library from 1pm!

To celebrate International Women’s Day and raise awareness of the effects of the Government’s cuts on women, we will be performing Maya Angelou’s inspirational poem Still I rise. This poem is about fighting back, so let’s sing it from the roof tops and let the politicians know we don’t accept the cuts to our services and the threat to women’s equality!

Bring yourself, your friends, family and your voices at 12.55 for a 1pm Flash Mob Recital outside the Jubilee Library (look out for the women with the drum!)
